How It Works

Our therapy room to rent is currently available Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4pm. It can be booked for individual sessions, as well as morning, afternoon or full day block bookings; offering you true flexibility to suit your practice needs.

Bookings can be made up to six weeks in advance. We’d also be happy to discuss longer term rentals on an individual basis, offering potential flexibility on available hours and a discounted rate. Please contact us if this is something you’re interested in.

The Booking Process

1. Get in touch

If you’re interested in using Calm Place Therapy Room, please email us and tell us a little about your practice, including the type of therapy or service you provide.

2. Come and see the room

We ask all new practitioners to visit us before making their first booking. We’ll show you around the space, answer any questions and make sure the room is suitable for your practice. Visits can be arranged via email.

3. Complete our checks

Before you’re able to book the room, we’ll ask you to fill out a short registration form, and provide evidence of your relevant professional qualifications and appropriate professional insurance. This is simply part of our onboarding process and helps us maintain a professional and welcoming environment for practitioners and their clients.

4. You’re ready to book

Once we’ve completed the onboarding process and you’re happy with the space, we’ll give you access to our online booking calendar - you’ll be able to see live availability and book the room for the time you need.

All practitioners must agree to our terms and conditions before using the room.

Ad-hoc bookings

For occasional bookings, simply: choose your date and time on our live availability calendar → book online → pay securely at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed automatically once payment has been made.

Regular bookings

If you’d like the same time each week, please get in touch with us directly. We’ll agree a regular slot with you and reserve it on our calendar so that it isn’t available for other bookings. Regular bookings are paid by bank transfer, usually on an agreed monthly basis.
